LOAN INTERLIBRARIAN
The loan
interlibrarian is an agreement of document interchange between institutions
with the objective to favor the consultation and the diffusion of the
bottom, the documents are yielded, at the request of a user, to another
institution, during a certain time. The library that makes the request is the
one in charge to make all the proceedings, in addition to the
conservation of books the and to give back them before the established
date.
The loan interlibrary
lasts 30 days from the date of exit. The user can ask for the prorogation of
30 days more, always with previous license from the person in charge of the
loan interlibrary service, and before the loan term is exhausted
In case of loss or
deterioration of a work, the direction of the Diocesana Library reserves the
right to exercise all the administrative and legal actions applied in
agreement with the effective legislation.
